Day 1 - Again

I signed up for another membership at the gym today. I went and did an hour of bike riding and then about an hour of lifting. I worked on my back and tomorrow I will probably do stomach or chest. If nobody else is in the gym to spot me then I will probably do bicepts and tricepts.

I feel good today after working out. I went to Max Muscle and bought some protien powder stuff. It is called Max Pro. I have talked to several people that say it is really good stuff. We will see how well it works soon enough.

I am making chicken now. Usually I make chicken breasts but this time they had chicken thighs. I thought I would try those and see how it goes.
